Thank you Michael your encouraging words have helped me to "let go" and accept what is. The letting go of painful emotions through forgiveness and acceptance is so freeing and liberating. Why is it we always go to, or unconsciously choose the restriction and pain of holding onto these things? I'd like to share an affirmation on this topic. "I choose not to hold onto painful emotions. This liberation fills me with ease and grace. I move easily and effortlessly through my day. I am free."
