I ask you to first read the quote, then close your eyes, bring your attention into your heart area and repeat that quote over and over for about five minutes and then be silent. Focus on the heart chakra and imagine yourself being rocked in the arms of the Divine Mother, keeping your heart open to receive what is yours to receive.
